I agree dont be Too Early (hehe in more ways than one), It has taken a few of my rich palm beach friends getting thier shorts handed to them to figure out the market can remain irrational longer than they will remain solvent - so what are you long and short for the next 3-6 months? Again you can do the shorts - just keep good stops in place and take emotions out of the decision - I am seeing centex homes advertised all over down here, billboards, sides of busses - if they can still afford that, they still have too much going for them - hehe.
