He (kerry) is actually not that different from a GOP moderate like Chuck Hagel. They are both Vietnam vets and ambitious. End of story. They are radically different in their political beliefs. If not, how do you explain the discrepancies between their lifetime ratings from the American Conservative Union and the Americans for Democratic Action? Rounding errors?
