Yikes; Thanks loantech for the information. What do we need bankers for? Just punch the numbers and ID into a computer and the guy in India can decide if you get a loan or not. Perhaps the day of the small town banker who gave you a loan based on your character is gone. This would suggest that thing could deteriorate even faster than I imagined - when things turn bad. Sorry to turn my feelings about loan tactics into a personal insult. That was not my intention and I am sorry if it came across that way. The last 30 years I have worked my arse off as a contractor and more specificly most recently as a concrete contractor. It is honest work I promise! Steve
