Quarterly report is here, 400k download pdf: ccbn.10kwizard.com Pages and pages of redacted stuff for the Biofrontera Discovery acquisition, about all you can see is a list a magazine subscription list. All I ever check for anyway is that there are no legal proceedings. "As a result of the acquistion of substantiallly all of the assets of Biofrontera Disovery GmbH we are able to offer collections of unique fractions of natural compounds and purified natural compounds that can be screen using assays and that can then be further characterized or/and modified to generate drug candidates" I had to retype that, for whatever reason the pdf wouldn't let me paste from the text select feature as it usually does. At first glance I don't see anything surprising.
