May I inquire why you agree with Cramer on this company?
Have you done much/any homework on SBS?
FWIW, I lived in Brazil and am familiar with its general investment climate, which differs from that of the US in someimportant respects:
1. the government takes major ownership positions in larger, strategic, companies.
2. Dividends are awarded differently.
3. Macro political/economic issues(inflation, interest rates, foreign investors, etc.) lurk in the background and make unwanted appearances which are difficult for the average American stock-picker to anticipate.

My feeling is that Cramer sees Latin America as attractive for investment on general principals and has picked this one as relatively stable and foreign-investor friendly. Typically, beverage companies are attractive for this reason.
But you need to do the homework to know if Cramer has picked well. The returns must be especially attractive to compensate for the greater risk.

The chart does look pretty good. Looks like significant resistance right here. It moved up some after his tout. I wouldn't touch it until it settles back down.
