You're welcome John. I probably should have added the usual CYA clause "consult your own accountant before taking any action", etc. Why they made the effective date for some of these incentives to be 1/1/06 vs. date of enactment is beyond me. For the next 4 months this tax act will actually serve to increase energy use in this country because folks such as yourself who were going to do the things that would now generate a credit, will do them later than they might have without the Act.
