Differentiating a legal immigrant from an illegal immigrant? Oh boy, that really sounds really complicated. puff puff...can't imagine how we could ever hope to succeed with such a difficult matter.

Tell ya what, let's call it a push and instead focus on supplying gratuitous schooling, health benefits, and social services. Maybe a bit expensive but certainly superior than wrestling with the bewildering question of who's illegal and who's not.

And now that you mention it, since their kids are in school, shouldn't the parents also have the right to vote?
