Redfish,

I see your from the Tampa area. I've been looking at buying a waterfront canal lot in the area from Hudson to Tarpon. Do you see prices ever coming down? The best I've found are 6k -10k sq ft lots with a sea wall/dock in the range from $250k - $300k. I grew up in San Diego and anything under $500k looks cheap but my local friends remind me these lots were going for less than $100k a few years ago.
