The credit bubble is starting to burst.

I have never shorted stocks and I do not think I ever will just because of all the risk that is involved (loosing more money than invested).

Is there another simpler way to take advantage of the info that we have. I am starting to see a lot more homes in our neighborhood in SF Bay Area go on the market. My friend is trying to upgrade to a $1.5M house. They got a very good price reduction from their builder. They put their house on the market for $814K and lower than what they thought they were going to get. This was a suggestions from their realoter. They thought they were going to start an over-bidding war. After 3 weeks they have received only one offer of $800K. They are now contacting their new buidler to see if they are going to drop their price down even further.

In our city, and according to the same realoter, only one house went into pending last week.

Pleaes let me know if there are better ways to get advantage of the bursting of the bubble.
