Saying that God is everywhere is not the same thing as saying God IS everything. That is technically Pantheism. In Christian theology God is Holy, meaning that He is separate from all created things not in space but in essence. The belief is that God is Self-existent, as is stated in his Name "Jah" meaning "I am."

His self-existence is the essence of His holiness, for all other things have a beginning, being dependent upon Him for their existence. He alone is uncreated. Consequently, the gap between us on this point is immeasurable, and by it He is holy.
