Russ, you should not be so hard on tradelite. We need to hear from the gold jacket group, those who drives around with magnetic signs stuck on the doors of their cars, the neighborhood "professionals", the driving force that encourages joe6pak to refinance their houses to buy more and more. I am serious. Their sentiments are very informative. As an example, this "no fear" mentality is mind boggling. I have never seen so many talking about bubble while signing the purchase contract.
