There must be more to the lawsuit than just "disparagement", which is in the eye of the beholder.

Mike Farris is too good of a lawyer and Judge Chamblin too good of a judge, at least that's been my experience. Usually the legal system doesn't get involved in matters of religious doctrine.

Too bad for Hunley, though. Throwing someone out because they believe that baptism is essential to salvation?

I hate to admit it but I never even knew that there were Christians who did not believe that. I can't keep track of all the ins and outs of the various Protestant schisms. (No offense intended to any Protestant.)
