re: Then again, they predicted the bubble would burst two years ago. We'll see. When I moved to Florida 13 years ago we were at the other end of the cycle; there were five houses on each "block" for sale and they sometimes took years to sell. I remember going through neighborhoods with a realtor and having people flag you down and beg you to look at their house... literally. When people are racing to outbid each other an hour after a house hits the MLS you know you are at the top. That and interest rates going up decreasing the pool of potential buyers. John
