This is all very interesting and may well be true. I haven't seen any serious research that demonstrates; just political PR. So who knows? I'm certainly not going to take the word of the Rep PR machine.

But that's beside the point. The original issue, which you, among the many seem to wish to not discuss, is the composition of the parties. On that score, there is simply no debate. Diversity is the Dem party; not the Rep party. Again, I suggest, for one small piece of evidence, you go back and look at the TV shots of the party members, the audiences, at the respective political conventions in 04.
