JohnM, This is all very interesting and may well be true. I haven't seen any serious research that demonstrates; just political PR. So who knows? You need research to see the cabinet is diverse? Are you blind? Funny you need this documented and then want us to look at Democratic controlled pictures of their members. Thats rich. How about picture of Republican leadership and Democratic leadership? Blacks only get to join, not lead. I will concede the point that Democrats have done better with minorities. Its just surprising that you will argue about the number of minorities in Bush's administration. John
