But the Christians, in the morbid need for the reward of martyrdom, more often than not insisted on being sentenced. How dare those Christians believe in something. Do you believe in anything? Is there anything that you would not do under threat of death? Call me morbid, but my list is long. The idea that you would defend murder as tolerant and blame it on the murder victim boggles my mind. Can you see how ridiculous this reasoning is? If I offer a devout Muslim the choice between death and a bath in pig's blood, and he chooses the former, by your reasoning it's not my fault for killing him - he was asking for it by having faith. Again, it's obvious that anger against faith drives your thinking.
