It was Silvia, he said these people (in poor markets) cant afford to retire in orlando or west palm beach - so they get stuck in thier house in flyover country - hehe. The thing is, that might be BETTER than fighting all the chaos in west palm beach - hehe.

Anthony Chan says if there is a regional economic explosion - watch out - what if the whole damn country goes BOOM though? hehe I didn't know you couldn't build a building higher than the white house - silvia is right on about that one. What a silly law. He kept talking about a defense department shutdown - what does he know? hehe
