I lived through both sides of the dark days of the S&L crisis. Capitalize by buying a bunch of Jan 06 Puts or pay more and go out to 07 on the likes of FNM,CFC,LEND and TOL? Usually market leading sectors waiting to collapse take their plunge by September or you have to wait until the following spring. Yes love being at the mercy of Mr Market. Me thinks if they don't break down by the week after Labor Day this going to be mid 2006 collapse.
