Tejek: I suspect I know more about War and killing then you do having personally faced it myself. War is hell, Sherman said it first and any combat veteran would agree. But, sometimes its a necessary evil. Every casualty is a loss, believe me their buddies feel it more then you do. But, they go on. Nearly every person I have spoken too back from Iraq feels they are doing the right thing over there. Just the other day a fellow told me, XXX if you could just see how grateful the people are and the horrible suffering they are going through it would break your heart. If casualties bother you, suggest you look at the death rate in our CAPITAL. How about the DUI's deaths? How about the ERRORS in hospitals resulting in death of the patients. At least the people fighting for us in Iraq have a meaning in their lives and yes, a meaning in their deaths. I grieve for them, we all do, but we understand as do they why they are there. jdn
