I now see why Danbury might make a profit using CO2, while the UK government thinks that enhancing oil could only mitigate the cost of Co2 sequestration. Danbury isn't trapping and sequestering CO2. It's taking it out of the ground, then putting it back elsewhere.

Thus Danbury might be a good investment, but it doesn't provide a warm fuzzy bonus. It doesn't allow an investor to feel environmentally righteous.
