And this is the problem, I like reading julius wong, but those india funds need a pullback and some accumulation before I want to take the plunge - you buy low and sell high right? Kudlow had some guy on today who said china and india were great, but doesn't india have better banking systems of the 2?

Earlier bartiromo was talking about china or japan and everyone agreed japan or hong kong had better banking systems so this made them better than China. I still have nightmares about what Mr. China told me about losing 400 million to want to go there.

I had a choice today, I had some free money I was getting tired of sitting under my mattress - and I just haven't been sold on mish's huge fast monetary deflation arguement - so it was vangaurd precious metals or VDC (already too much vangaurd energy and I need some diversification) bought some VDC today at the close - I can't keep telling the General I abhor shiny metal over things people really need and not put my money where the mouth is.

How long will the IIF trend continue? Jay tells me bhagwati is wrong saying there will not be a recession in india for the next 20 years. If he is convinced gold is going up and we are hitting the reset key, calculated risk is telling me oil at 40 per barrell in a year - patron pissed off that houses still haven't blown up - Slagle convinced globalism over in 2006, phil grandie sure its all coming to an end when rates hit 4.5 on the 10 year and kudlow telling me this the best president in american history - so many great minds in confusion and not in unison - I opt for something stable and low volatility.

Now mr phil grandie says october, when all the bankruptcy stuff starts - nuclear BOOM coming so if things start looking rough soon - will have to hear what all the great minds are saying then.

energyplay Re "India Fund" I am in the IFN India fund and now I am in your IIF India fund too. I was in TKF Turkey fund till 8/5 when my "autopilot" got me out just in time. Some of these country funds have not been acting well lately. IF Indonesia and TTF Thailand for example. I'm in CH Chile which was great till Tuesday. May be time to leave.
