There is a lot of help available at FireFox. I would start with by going to the extension that is closest to what you use for this and asking the developer. Most have email addresses at their download site and are happy to help.

You could change the scale in your printer properties. Of course that would change the default for everything you print, not just stuff off the internet you access via Firefox.
