Fascinating. Is it that you just cannot bring yourself to acknowledge that two of the four legs go to the terrorists and the other two to the Soviets? Even if you acknowledge that, you can still weight them such that the terrorist legs outweigh the Soviet legs so the horse goes to the terrorists. So why refuse to acknowledge even the existence of the other two legs? I find that most curious.

You can treat that as a rhetorical question if you like and let the horse and his oats be. I'm just expressing why I find this and the myriad other examples of it on this thread so bemusing.
