Built in 1929, in Oak Cliff and up to $500,000??? Well, that makes Fort Lauderdale, ocean view condos, in newer buildings at $700,000, look mighty reasonable.<G>
Can't say I ever liked living in Dallas and from what your showing me it certainly isn't any bargain. Florida summers are as miserable heat and humidity wise, but I'd rather be close to the beach with ocean breezes, than the Trinity river.
I guess everything is relative, I was in London in May and couldn't believe there were asking over a million for apartments in Bermondsey, near Neckinger Estates-so called because they used to have gallows there where they hanged criminals.
