Can you believe that? And the hotel/condo conversion I just mentioned is the old Hilton on the corner of Central Expressway and Mockingbird (on the east side). Remember that dump? It was condemned by the city and one of the TM gurus took it over for awhile. Now it's going to be 500K - 1M condos. Or so they think.

Dallas is not only not a bargain, it's grossly overvalued IMO.

And I'd rather be in Florida too if those were my only two choices.
