It reminds me off the way the NASDAQ stocks went, they couldn't justify the P/E ratio, so they would say but compared to XYZ stock this is reasonable.
I would disagree with JV on Dallas being value and Florida being overpriced because I think Florida is by far more attractive. I never hear of someone up north retiring to Dallas or a South American or European buying a holiday place there. Florida is a great winter vacation spot, always has been, always will be. Not so Dallas IMHO.
