THat was just one article. The man was approached with the offer for a better price for his land if he made a donation. He was told the Governor would meet with him and use the code word Machiavelli as a code to assure the man he would get a better deal. The co-conpirator has already pled guilty. Interesting how he seems to be getting away. All that gay stuff was actually fairly well known, but he used it to deflect the press with a reasonable amount of success. People just love gay sex stories etc. Like throwing meat to a junkyard dog. Great distraction. ;)
