How does one know they don't program the cards so you lose? I've been playing Hold'Em for over 20 years and I win when I play a live game but I lose when I play online. I can see no assurance whatsoever that they don't cheat. Not only do they know what cards everybody is holding they know which cards you're getting next. They can cheat slowly so you're not sure. Maybe the owners don't even know it's happening but the software programers do it and shift money into their own stealth players. How can we know the game is honest?
