Education costs will have to decrease.
They are not sustainable.

Energy prices are rising because of peak oil and increasing demand not because of expansion of money. Many places can not pass on prices. If you can then you should feel fortunate. Peak oil is no more inflationary than bean blight unless wages rise to meet rising prices. That is not happening.

Our medical system is totally F*d up as a result of stupid government policies. It would take me hours to talk about that but the answers are not easy and the problems are many.

I think people will be shocked once housing turns. There will be price reductions about everywhere (unfortunately we may not see them in oil or taxes). If protectionism sinks in there may be even more hell to pay. The sooner we let a serious recession get underway, the better off we will all be.

We seriosuly need an overhaul of both the tax system and the medical system. Unfortunately both may be a long ways off.

Good luck to you.
By the way, what is your business?
