Another good read for the day...(for me, at least, after seeing my credit card bill yesterday)......

Page B4 of Wall Street Journal......

"Business opportunities are plentiful as demand booms for pet services"

"Americans will spend $36 billion on their pets this year..."

"Meanwhile, many animal-loving entrepreneurs are seeing in pet services a way to escape desk jobs for what they hope will be more fulfilling careers. These newcomers are bringing skills from their previous careers to the table, along with professionalism, and, in many cases, considerable capital....."

"I hope he puts as much effort into finding renters for his properties as he does in trying to buy them. He needs renters more than he needs another condo. Doesn't seem like he realizes that."

It's pretty much common knowledge now in bubble markets that no investment properties purchased at today's market value with fully amortizing loans will not cash flow without 40-50% down so no need to worry about renters. Just flip to the next sucker.
