I have enough personal experience that says online is not representative at least 15 % of the time, and way maybe 3% of the time. Even with lots of posts. Sometimes people will be posting very different things in closed forums, BTW. So their total postings may represent them well, but few people will see all of them. I liked the sniper kitten, and I ususally don't like cats...;-)
