GST re oil inflation

Oil prices are inflationary if the cost can be passed on, otherwise deflationary. Without wage inflation, no pass on power, therefore no inflation.

By now it should be readily apparent that a lot of people on this board do not think what I said was silly. So not only is there a question about it, there is in fact outright disagreement of your statement "Oil prices are in themselves inflationary -- about that there is no question."
