what about on the east coast, what is happening there? Seems like we are cracking first out here. CalculatedRisk's area seems softer than us up here. But we are softening for sure.

I got cousins in Modesto, and yes late eighties some houses in Modesto sat empty. And correct again the further from work more the pain if real estate fails.
Omitting places that dont rely upon the populace to commute to work. Places of retirment Florida and the like to a point of course.
