Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. We've got microclimates here, but I didn't know micromarkets this small existed. Is it the Google-effect? I don't know, I looked at the Craigslist listings for 3bd+ in San Mateo, they're not that many. I haven't driven through the town recently. Maybe I'll do it this weekend. The amount of traffic up there does not confirm a lack of people.
