Even the direction of the wind depending on the stink or the carrying of sound. When we speak of miles or even a few blocks there is a difference, sometimes a large difference. We've been speaking of Oakland here and there are beautiful homes in Oakland I mean gorgeous with access and good schools. But that's not the norm for Oakland and perception has to be over come because of such. Sometimes and this should make some here to pound a key. It takes a sales person read Agent/Broker to get the price these homes are worth.
