you yourself cited the "second" rationale (the word has an e on it, rational is an adjective)...i stated that they were basically the same idea expressed in two different ways no doubt that it's a rumor, and as i said, i don't see MCD being compelling here, spinoff or no if you can even presume to know where the dollar is going, weakness in the dollar won't change things enough to make MCD attractive, and mad cow is just noise bring on cramer's next idea, this one is getting stale
