They'll have to do it somehow. The place will be unfit for human habitation for quite some time. On Fox they just reported that it will take at least two weeks to get the water out. I think that that may be an optimistic estimate..

If I were running the show there I would work very hard to open the airports and the roads leading from them into town. Heck, we kept Berlin going when the Ruskies closed it off and Berlin was bigger then New Orleans. jdn

I keep thinking about, what if I owned a business in NO. What do I tell my customers? Please be patient, I'll get back to you in maybe 2 weeks? I'm guessing a lot of small businesses will be among the casualties.
