Apparently looting is becoming a problem. They may have to institute a "shoot to kill" policy to bring it under control. It has happened in the past...

I can't tell you how many helicopter rescues are being made.........too many to count.

Your past exposes your present agenda...

Tell us all where these helicopters came from if FEMA sat on their butts for five days...
