The way things are going, the looters may have to leave without their loot anyway...

Ted, Apparently, the cops are looking the other way. That happened during the Rodney King riots in LA.

The cops were too busy protecting rich areas like Beverly Hills to care about the rest of L.A., especially Koreatown which was just a few miles down Wilshire Blvd.
