re: Its always interesting to see observations of Bush by others. I didn't post the article for the Bush observations, frankly, I agree with you. I posted it because I think that the way New Orleans goes is a "buck stops here" issue. Bush reorganized the feds, put FEMA under Homeland Security, another level of dysfunction. I think he will get the blame or the credit for how well this is brought under control. So far, it ain't going so well, if you read the blogs and watch the news... it's a freaking nightmare, with people just dying on the sidewalks. They need to do a lot, fast. John
