Bad to wish ill on people but I wouldn't mind if the Carolinas got one instead of the Gulf this time, enough is enough.

SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE THAT THE AREA OF DISTURBED WEATHER ASSOCIATED WITH A TROPICAL WAVE IS CENTERED MIDWAY BETWEN AFRICA AND THE LESSER ANTILLES. THIS SYSTEM IS WELL-ORGANIZED AND HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A TROPICAL DEPRESSION DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO AS IT MOVES TOWARD THE WEST.

NHC is tracking TD Lee and TD 14. 14 might be a threat to Bermuda, but is probably a fish.

Is TD LEE the one "centered midway between Africa and the Lesser Antilles" and is a tropical wave, not a depression? TIA.
