Bill, I wonder if anyone is thinking about just how vulnerable we are to an attack right now. The entire population and much of our military and homeland defense assets are tied up both mentally and physically. The chaos in NO is thick in everybody's brain. Kicking someone who is down is how many fights are won. I don't believe many folks could handle an attack psychologically right now. Chaos and panic can spread faster than a smelly fart. Another major crisis right now, could create very real and widespread panic. uw
