Ted, that's a load of bull. It is not clear to me at all that the levees would have been fixed had we not gone into Iraq or had we not lowered taxes. It isn't even clear to me whether anyone knew the levees had to be fixed in the first place.

What is clear to me is that second-guessing is all too common when it comes to ABB. Talk about turning this disaster into a partisan affair.
