Within the next day or two we should see the Army roll in and take over. They have the equipment for what is now effectively a war zone without infrastructure. Never fear. They don't need the Army or NG. Jesse Jackson is in NO and Big Al Sharpton is in Houston.

Within the next day or two we should see the Army roll in and take over. I watched Brian Wilson on NBC tonight to get the flavor of the Net news. He was all over the Government for not getting more done. They all are really hammering the admin. We had a major failure at the local level. And a lot of this was beyond their competence. I don't see how the Feds could have moved faster. If they have this under control by Monday, the clamor will die down. This is a classic example of how the 24/7/365 media can both cover a disaster, and hype it.
