It is....all around.....from the thugs shooting(they should be shot) to the people trapped at the Superdome without water for 4 days. All levels of govt have let the people down. At the very least, they could drop off water supplies to the Superdome. The people there did what was told of them and now they are slowly dying of thirst and of hunger. This is a very bad precedent to set. I am not sure I am not sure who is going to listen to the govt next time a disaster strikes if this is the response.
