i haven't seen answer about getting elderly or handicap out of the area. no word about buses or trains being provided. no pick up service. no sign that local civil defense knew about situation of elderly or handicap in housing. these should be part of an evacuation plan..

we have nuke plant near us , maybe 15 miles but each year we fill out a form who lives in house medical situation, need for transportation?. it may go into a deep file for all i know but at least there is an update yearly on requirements to evacuate people within distance of nuke plant. of course plan could be just a piece of paper and no way to implement the plan.

now look at florida , how many there in flood areas are unable to drive, need constant medication. are they identified by the town , county state. does civil defense fema etc have a plan to evacuate these people if they need it.

From what we see no! We also see those who can leave cannot get out quickly because there are only a few roads down and up the state of florida or across Florida. Service stations sell out of gas quickly.. What coordination is done with oil industry to ,keep full, service stations in evacuation areas?

We could have a stage 4/5 hit florida sometime this month and perhaps go through this all over again. hopefully not. but what have the residents of Florida learned this week from watching the recent destruction.
