That's a problem. But if we're talking NO being out of business for any length of time, and that grain needs to get to sea, we don't have much choice but do whatever it takes. Including building out the Port of Houston for bulk grain shipment.

Good thing, Houston is not on the Gulf and isn't a port. Lots of Texas ports and for agriculture they ship rice, cotton and wheat. The grain that's shipped out of the Midwest would overwhelm them.
