"I don't believe I brought this subject up" Your link about brainwashing had a cartoon that intimated that was the reason that Bush won the election. (rather over the top) I'm Canadian, so I only have a passing interest in US politics but the hate that exudes from democrats towards republicans and George Bush in particular is very unattractive. I'm not saying that about you per say, but as an outside observer it is actually quite startling. I have seen some of the same from the other side, but nothing like the kind of things that are said about GWB. On another note; The article also made a lot of unsubstantiated claims about Christian ministries that were inaccurate and unfair in many respects. For instance there is a difference between between using unintentionally manipulative practices and brainwashing. I want to deal with that some more, but I will have to leave that until I get home after the weekend. I'm Visiting my son and don't have the time to devote to a detailed critique. But have a good weekend.
