Seems I am beginning to see a pattern here.

While Kerry was in ‘Nam taking care of business Bush was back home Stateside nursing the wounds he regularly received from being in a near constant drunken stupor.

Kerry was a "do-er" Bush can't act unless Karl Rove tells him to. I think Rove got it wrong this time.
