Dear Kenneth E. Phillipps your psychotic hatred of the President is always so shrill and on display. Maybe you should learn to comprehend what you read. If the Orleans Levee District's Chief Engineer, Mr. Stevan Spencer. said "the Orleans Levee District's levees are declared in good condition" And this at the beginning of the 2005 hurricane season. Well could you explain how the President knew this would happen.... duuuhhhhhh.... And besides they felt so good about the quailty of the District's levees, they spent 2.5 million to renovate a fountain. I suspect that 2.5 million of approved federal money. Message 21669219
